Somedays I literally cant make it without eating breakfast...most of the time its something simple, I'm not preparing cheese eggs, biscuits, girts and pancakes in the mornings. A simple poptart or a small sandwich will get me to lunch.

Try the grape flavored water .....it was really good ....althought I added a lil sugar which then made it taste just like kool-aid ( I know I cheated) LOL
